This isn't an argument for changing laws. It's an argument for introducing new language and conceptual models as we navigate how to de-compromise from China and other adversaries. There is a grey zone of treasonous behavior that is currently unaddressed and under-discussed.

The way to get ahead of China is to build above all Chip fabs in range ~ as good as Taiwan, after that steel and munitions, restore shipyards. Not chase kids with micro-treasonous apps.
